For a delicious supplement that naturally promotes relaxation and helps ease the mind from daily stress,* we present "Cinnamon Delight"; a unique drink with just enough flavor and the right amount of sweetness to ease the often powerful taste of pure Kava Kava root.

Ingredients: Kava root powder, ginger powder, anise seed powder, cane sugar, cinnamon powder, proprietary chai spice blend, and nutmeg powder.

Directions: 2.5 tablespoons (30 g) twice daily. Daily dosage not to exceed 5 tablespoons (60 g) per day. Maximum period of daily use: 3 months. Use may resume for 3 months after a 2-week break.

Instructions: For each serving, place 2.5 tablespoons in 125 mL of water and allow powder to extract for 5 minutes before drinking.
